Our GEO Content Producer utilizes their deep knowledge of our products to support and influence the strategic and creative decisions around which imagery is created and utilized across Apple’s Marketing. In addition, they manage the planning, resourcing and production required to deliver this imagery on time and to a high standard. The Content Producer coordinates with Business Affairs on the creative needs and clearances, including reviewing content matrices for cultural viability in the Greater China region. They are responsible for the local relationship and innovation of Apple’s content production workflow with our external agency production partner.
Be the primary functional authority and consultant on content/imagery for localization and origination projects within Marcom GC.
Actively participate in regular meetings to share insights, hindsights and learnings within this GEO and across the Global Content Producer community to build connection and collaboration.
Actively develop an in-depth knowledge of all of our products, services, software and their availability across GC. Be the local Marcom expert on our products to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our marketing imagery.
Build great relationships and workflows with cross-functional teams in-GEO (including Interactive, Channel, Brand, Business Affairs and Product Marketing), and also with all WW content production teams, to facilitate clear and effective communication in order to deliver against briefs.
Oversee and guide the briefing, production and approvals of all required original and localized images featured within our website, or other local marketing materials.
Work with Marcom GC stakeholders, to agree the content localization strategy for each launch and/or project, and to align on clear prioritization to support scope management, production and delivery.
Partner with the agency CPM and Screen team on planning and resourcing. Also, actively drive and support innovation to develop smart processes for managing the work and workflow.
Be an evangelist within Marcom GC for effective and sustainable change around content production and delivery.
Facilitate content production and delivery through oversight of project status and risks, collaborating with the agency and Marcom functional teams on mitigation plans, and providing an effective escalation point to resolve project challenges.
