We’re looking for a driven, talented individual to join the Skin Care Global Category Strategy team in 100VE, London. This team of five is the backbone of the category, and this role is central in defining and driving the global Skin Care strategy in the global brand teams and the local markets, working closely with the Skin Care EVP, the GBVPs based in London, Singapore, and Mumbai, their teams and the leads in our key markets including China, India, US, Indonesia & Thailand.
The successful candidate will have a broad and varied role, leading key cross-brand and strategic initiatives. This role delivers a unique insight into the inner workings of the category across all functions, gives unprecedented access to senior stakeholders and provide a truly global experience.

Responsibilities
- Act as right hand of the Global Category Strategy Director in shaping, developing, and presenting the Global Category strategy for key senior stakeholder forums
- Drive PMU and key market engagement including Category Strategy, business planning unlocking growth opportunities and mobilizing global teams behind them
- Deliver cross-brands innovation and/or deliver innovation to expand our portfolio into new benefit spaces that our global brand portfolio cannot stretch into
- Accelerate Inoflex & Investor Board governance
- Embed and drive the Skin Care purpose
- Ensure the quality & sufficiency of the global Category portfolio & innovation funnel
- Facilitate decision-making with data-driven inputs
- Work with the brand teams to land the category strategy, championing Get on The Frontline
- Work closely with Finance, CMI, R&D to monitor performance and recommend/drive interventions
