Change and Adoption Manager

Group Procurement for WPP is at the beginning of a modernization journey to deliver against a strategic 5-year plan to establish a truly inclusive, sustainable, ethical and diverse supplier network of business enabling vendors.
We need a passionate, multi-talented creative change and adoption partner to join our expanding and dynamic team. This Change and Adoption Manager role for the Group Procurement team is pivotal to this journey.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be working across several work-streams, giving a voice to some of our most challenging and exciting procurement projects. You will manage your stakeholders and gain a detailed overview of activities and change and adoption requirements, create integrated comms plans, and develop and implement creative impactful change and adoption materials.
You will write copy, create visuals and ‘translate’ information into vibrant and accessible news articles, change and adoption assets, including emails, VIP presentations, and digital signage.
You will lead by example by being an excellent internal communicator across the project teams inspiring open ways of working.
You love comms, are an excellent copywriter, and with your strong design skills, you will also be our creative, copy and design expert working with the rest of the team to add flair and accuracy to the WPP Group Procurement internal change and adoption.
You will work closely with the change managers in the team and projects to ensure that all comms is underpinned by excellent change strategies.
